The Guardianship Service covers:

Welfare

• Host family arrangement
• Arrange airport pick-up on arrival
• School holiday arrangements and accommodation
• Travel arrangements including booking flight tickets
• Passport and visa formalities
• Pocket money management
• Free luggage storage when students go to vacation

Education

• Supervision of academic progress
• Attendance on occasion of important college functions
• Advice on subject selection for examinations and qualifications

Finance

• Payment of initial entry fees and deposits
• Supervision of financial outgoings, e.g. private health insurance, pocket money
• Supervision of non-educational expenses or extras
• Payment of host family's allowances and expenses

We provides parents with added security of knowing that our service is inclusive with no hidden extras and that a member of staff can always be contacted, not only during the day but also outside office hours in the event of emergencies.

Guardianship Application Procedure

• Fill in Guardianship Application Form enclosed and sign it.
• Send the Guardianship Application Form back to the College address below along with the payment of £2800. (Payment Method)
