Bookkeeping Programme

The OCR Level 1 Certificate in Bookkeeping has been designed as an introduction to bookkeeping practice. It aims to provide students with a fundamental understanding of the principles of double entry in the context of both manual and computerized processes. KKCL provides free Sage Line 50 accounting software training as a combination of the course in order to help the student adapt to the working environment faster.

The qualification is aimed at students who are new to the skills and knowledge required of bookkeepers. It will be suitable for those who are studying in preparation for employment in bookkeeping job roles. It will also be suitable for those who are already employed in bookkeeping / data processing roles and who wish to develop introductory knowledge of the underlying principles and practices.
