1.1 Katherine & King’s College of London is the trading name of Roxinford Education Ltd, a provider of professional training courses and other
foundation courses (“the Courses”) including accountancy, management and IT. All the courses are offered to students over 16.

1.2 By registering at KKCL, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as modified and posted from time to time. An enrolment is
considered valid when the College has received payment of the application fee of £100 and agreed to accept the student on a course. (The accommodation booking fee of £50, where appropriate, is payable at the time of booking.)

2. ADMISSION & COURSES
2.1 Enrolments are accepted on payment of the application fee of £100 and a minimum of 50 per cent of the tuition fee.

2.2 When accommodation is booked through the College, the booking fee of £50 and one month’s rent, as a deposit, should be paid in advance at
least one month before the start of the course. No fee can be refunded if a student withdraws his or her booking at any time. The minimum contract period is three months.

2.3 It is the student’s responsibility to register with the relevant professional body, where applicable, or enter examinations held externally.

2.4 Unless otherwise stated, fees for courses quoted are for tuition only. Other fees are not included, i.e. registration fees with professional bodies
and / or exam boards, examination fees, books, manuals and so on.

2.5 If the application form is signed on behalf of the student by his/ her sponsor/ guardian/ representative, these conditions will still apply.

2.6 All declarations made in admission are accepted in good faith. Any false declarations about qualifications or age, or any failure to produce
documentary evidence of entry qualifications, may result in the final expulsion from the course to which the student has been admitted. In such cases, he / she will not be entitled to any refund.

2.7 If a student decides to finish the course early or discontinue the course once the course has started, no part of the College fees will be given
back.

2.8 The College reserves the right to cancel courses, amalgamate classes, and change programmes at short notice, should the need arise due to
lack of demand.

3. PAYMENT & REFUND
3.1 The course fees shall be the price issued by the Admission Office, subject to change. The directors reserve the right to change the fee at the
course commencement date. All courses are subject to availability.

3.2 The College is not responsible for your bank charges. English bank charges will be added to your costs, and are applicable to all methods of
payment accepted by the College. CREDIT CARDS AND FOREIGN CHEQUES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

3.3 Tuition fees are payable in full before a student starts his or her studies. At the discretion of the College, students may be allowed to pay their
fees by instalments, but a surcharge to cover additional administrative fees and interest will be added to the tuition fees.

3.4 The registration fee is not refundable, except when an application has not been accepted or if the course in which a student has enrolled does
not run.

3.5 If a student wants to cancel an enrolment one month before the start of the course after registration, the College will refund any fees paid except the registration fee of £100, provided all original documents and receipts for fees paid issued by the College are returned.

3.6 If a student has been refused a visa to enter the UK, fees paid will be refunded, except for the registration fee of £100 and the accommodation
booking fee of £50, provided that the following conditions are met:

a. The student has not entered the UK.
b. The student provides the College with the original ‘refusal letter’ issued by the British Consulate.
c. If the student has lodged an appeal, the fee will only be refunded once the College receives documentary evidence that the appeal has been
dismissed.
d. All original documents and receipts for fees paid issued by the College must be returned to the College.
e. Where a student has obtained a visa using the official College documents and then decided not to follow a course at the College, there will
be no refund of fees whatsoever.

3.7 Under any other circumstances, tuition fees are not refundable during the term time.

3.8 If a student arrives late for the start of the course, takes a holiday during the course, or is asked to leave the College because of serious
misconduct or poor attendance, no tuition fee or accommodation fees will be refunded for the time missed.

4. ATTENDANCE
4.1 Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time. Overseas students must comply with the immigration rules.

4.2 Full-time students are required to maintain an attendance of a minimum of 80 per cent throughout the duration of their course and a minimum of
15 hours of daytime study per week. The College reserves the right to stop any course of study if attendance is insufficient.

4.3 Students are required to abide by all College rules and regulations, including any future changes to those rules and regulations as and when
they arise.

5. INDEMNITY
5.1 Each party will indemnify the other in respect of any costs, claims, demands, losses or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by the indemnified party as a result of or arising in any way from a claim by a third party which results from any breach of the provisions contained in
these terms and conditions.

6. DISCLAIMER
6.1 The College shall not be liable to anybody for any indirect or consequential loss at the premises of KKCL.

6.2 KKCL’s aggregate liability, however caused whether for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise (except in relation to death or personal

7. SEVERANCE

shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of these terms and conditions, and the remainder of the terms and
